I have been wanting to try this recipe and it was sooo good !!! You must try it !
– White onion (half)
– Olive oil
– Garlic (3 pieces)
– Cayenne (added my own preference)
– White wine (used chardonnay)
– Vegetable stock
– Heavy cream
– Salt & Pepper
First we shall dice up onion and cook it with olive oil on medium heat !
Then add the mushrooms !
After mushrooms look like this after 5 minutes then add garlic diced up with salt !
After it smells all garlicy … add white wine and vegetable stock, even amount for both !
After reduce to half add heavy cream and cook until it reduces!
While cooking mushroom bake the potatoes 350 for 30 minutes and then 450 until designed results. I rotate the potatoes every 10 minutes three times 🙂 this technique is from Steve which has been the ONLY way I have gotten crunchy oven potatoes !!! I added cayenne to my boiled potatoes I will post another blog of these potatoes 😀
All of his recipes look amazing and this one looks as good as it taste. Another thing I noticed is over time in his videos he has lost weight! So food must not be as fattening 🙂
