Cream Cheese Eggrolls

INGREDIENTS:
– Eggroll wrapper (1 package)
– Cream cheese 8 oz.
– Green onion
– 1 pound of shrimp
– Water
– Flour

Mix all ingredients beside the wrapper… shrimp devained & cut into small pieces… mash it all around until it looks like this πŸ™‚

Peel all sheets and lay them out one by one differently so they do not stuck together

Put a small spoonful like so and follow wrapping blanket around to secure filling is safe πŸ™‚

Lift bottom and cover over …

Roll him over tightly…

Wrap one side over…

Then other side… but then you will see his little corner sticking out

Just fold it in (pic came out sideways >. <)

Roll tightly and put dab of mixture (water & flour) on top corner to complete

Roll these guys up & put in any container to freeze until ready to eat! Just fry with oil of your choice on high first when dipping them in and then turning to medium/high until golden brown. Make sure oil is hot first before putting these bad boys in or the filling will just come out from soggyness :/
