Meet my veggie breakfast ♡


Yes.. that does look like meat, but it is all soy based my pretties ! 😀

– 2 eggs
– Veggie chorizo
– 1 soy sausage
– boiled potato
– 2 slices of whole wheat bread
– extra virgin olive oil

I started off with evoo & a boiled potato (left over) on a large skillet. Then smashed it into pieces for about 5 minutes over medium high heat. I added the sausages in pieces until everything browned. Then added chorizo and eggs last… after my mixture looks nice & yummy I transferred it over to a plate with my toast… ta daaa! My yummy concoction 😀
